There are three major similarities between these two famous malls. The first similarity is that each mall has underground parking. That means when you have finished your shopping, you can return to your cool car. Another similarity is that both of them have good food courts. What's better than having a nice meal with a view of the sunset after you’re shopping? Yet another similarity is that both malls have big cinemas. In between shopping, you can relax and enjoy watching a movie of your choice.
Although there are some similarities between these two malls, there are also three major differences. The first difference is the size. Marina Mall is much bigger than Abu Dhabi Mall after its recent expansion and as a result you can find more shops there. Another difference is the supermarkets each mall contains. In Marina Mall you will find Carrefour in contrast to Abu Dhabi Mall where you will find a branch of the Cooperative Society. Yet another difference is the ski slope in Marina Mall. As a result, more people prefer visiting Marina Mall.
Overall, the differences outweigh the similarities. However, I would advise any first time visitors to Abu Dhabi to visit Marina Mall because there are more facilities.
